No stones, no join, no decoration that is not structural.
Raised from one sheet of gold with a hammer, over five weeks, with no soldered join anywhere in the piece. There is nothing to fail because there is nothing assembled.
The surface keeps the marks of the hammer. Polishing them out was possible and was discussed at length; the marks are the record of how it was made, and removing them would have made it look manufactured.
It is heavier than it appears. That was not an accident either.
We will bring it out for you. If it has already been commissioned, we will tell you that too, and show you what is on the bench instead.
